A man wearing an ankle bracelet was arrested on suspicion of stealing a car last week, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office said Friday.
Javier Orozco’s bracelet showed “suspicious” movements outside of where he was supposed to be, a news release said. Sheriff’s deputies reviewed 911 calls and suspected Orozco could be involved in stealing a car from the 20000 block of East Bear Mountain Boulevard.
