Court strikes down limits on filming of police in Arizona

A grand jury has indicted a man who was involved in a Lincoln County crash in December that killed three people.

He now faces three counts of second degree murder, three counts of first degree manslaughter and one count of ingestion of controlled substance in a motor vehicle, according to Lincoln County State’s Attorney Tom Wollman.

Hayden Hall, 21, will be facing an arraignment hearing for the above mentioned charges, of which the second degree murder charge carries a mandatory life sentence, Wollman said during a press conference Friday morning at the Sioux Falls Police Department.

A date for that arraignment is still to be determined.
